PLEEEASE - READ THIS BEFORE you email:
1. Please put something clear in the "subject" line or the Spam filters will delete it!
2. If you're school age, check that your teachers or parents know you're contacting me, please.
3. Please request a message receipt: we get up to 1,000 spam messages a day and sometimes the filters delete the wrong ones - we can't check them all.

Our address & phone aren't on this site; we are East Midlands-based, but do travel.
spot"Pierrot": band playing French & English music. Tabulae.Org:
I often get asked "Can you do Vikings/Romans/Greeks/World War II?"

I don't do these periods - there's enough stuff in the house with what I do already!
We've now been invited to join Tabulae Ltd., the accreditation register of interpreters. This is good for us, and also means I can recommend colleagues who do other periods with confidence. To belong, members have been vetted in various ways, provided references, checked for quality, have CRB and insurance. So if I can't offer what you need, or just for interest anyway, take a look at the Tabulae website.
commonplaceA Commonplace Book What? Find out...

Name-dropping, What?? Yes! TIME TEAM !!
The Big Royal Dig, at the August Bank Holiday Sunday 2006, saw me summoned to Windsor Castle to appear live on More4's daytime report.
And I know it went out, because at least one person tells me they saw it.

ABOUT THIS SITE

This site is intended to be reasonably quick at downloading most pages, so most pictures are fairly small, like these three:
pic pic pic
If a picture is only tiny, like this:linkpic ... and the pointing hand appears when your mouse pointer goes over it, then by clicking on it you'll probably see a much larger version, but this may take some time to download
... Go on, try it!

spotReturn To top
My yellow & red bagpipes button will get you round the site. Every page on this site should have a cool blue bagpipes button home at the bottom, and often the top too, to return you to the home page.
